TopShow3D TSA Automatic is motorized turntables series available since 2010. TopShow3D's automatic plattforms can be used as STAND-ALONE solution, or be part of complete photo studio like PHOTOTABLE, CLASSIC, FASHION, SPECIAL. As inventor and manufacturer we can adjust rotating turntable according to your needs - turntables diameter range from 20cm up to 10m, working load up to 5 tons. Automatic carousel is controlled remotly via PC or is working in STAND-ALONE modus with saved workflow: continuous, recurring or mixed. Continuous rotation, either clockwise or counterclockwise direction, with selected speed and acceleration. By recurring workflow it's possible to set up the number of images for 360 degree spin, f.e. each 10 degrees - 36 pictures total. The maximal number of pictures for revolution is 120000 - extreme accuracy withs mooth, precise rotation. In mixed workflow, it's possible to shot for example 6 packshots in various product viewes and than rotate 360° continuously for video. Futhermore, TopShow3D automated photography turntable for creating VR/FULL3D/3D/360°and 2D packshots, has dedicated function for unstable objects - by adjusting turnable speed and acceleration it's possible to avoid objects overturn. Additional function - idle before triggering - is essential for products with easy-movable parts, which despite low speed and acceleration, are still moving after stop. Mechatronic unit applied to TopShow3D automatic platform is world's STATE-OF-THE-ART, equipped with automated load weight recognition system, intelligent vibration compensating module or energy saving module.
